casinoper Platform Agreement

By accessing or using the casinoper platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, progressive web application, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the casinoper platform, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any person who accesses any content, feature, or service made available through casinoper. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

casinoper reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered members of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

To register and use the casinoper platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. casinoper strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in your account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of casinoper, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the casinoper platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

casinoper reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by casinoper may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the casinoper platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any information that changes. casinoper is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify casinoper immediately at [email protected].

casinoper implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication (2FA). We strongly recommend that all players enable 2FA on their accounts. However, the implementation of security measures by casinoper does not relieve you of your own responsibility to protect your account credentials.

casinoper accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). casinoper does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. casinoper reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks. casinoper reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval, subject to e-wallet provider processing times.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Typically processed within 1–3 banking business days, subject to bank processing schedules.

casinoper is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to casinoper's AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. casinoper reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

casinoper offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each individual promotion.

General bonus terms applicable to all casinoper promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. casinoper reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• casinoper reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to a player's account if casinoper reasonably suspects that the bonus is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• casinoper reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that a player has violated these Terms or the specific terms of the promotion.

Players who wish to opt out of receiving bonus offers may do so by contacting casinoper support at [email protected]. Opting out of bonuses does not affect your ability to use any other feature of the casinoper platform.

All bets placed on the casinoper platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in which they are placed. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

casinoper uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers and are subject to those providers' game rules in addition to these Terms. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform. casinoper does not accept disputes regarding game outcomes after a round has been completed and settled.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, casinoper will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, casinoper reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. casinoper's decision in such matters is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by casinoper at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the casinoper platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and casinoper's prior written approval.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the casinoper platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing casinoper staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

casinoper is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Filipino players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available on the casinoper platform or to seek professional support.

casinoper provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the casinoper platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the casinoper platform. casinoper strictly prohibits underage gambling and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

All content on the casinoper platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of casinoper or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the casinoper platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools; or frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of casinoper's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability. casinoper actively monitors for and enforces its intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, casinoper, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the casinoper platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

casinoper's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your casinoper account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

casinoper does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

casinoper reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or termination.

Upon termination of your account for cause, casinoper reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance where permitted by applicable law. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting casinoper support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with casinoper informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. casinoper will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Nothing in this section shall limit casinoper's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of casinoper's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

casinoper reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered members by posting a notice on the casinoper platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to your registered email address. The updated Terms will be effective from the date indicated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the casinoper platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

casinoper recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at casinoper.asia/terms-conditions.
